Provisional distribution map for Common Myna.
The vast expanse of BLUE indicates a massive range expansion since SABAP1. The GREEN indicates areas which had just been colonized at the time of SABAP1 and where reporting rates have increased. The ORANGE in KwaZulu-Natal is a bit of a surprise, and suggests that Common Mynas may have decreased in abundance in their former stronghold.
These new maps are very much a work in progress and are not final. They should therefore not be used in any formal publication.
