Parrot washed up on Manaba Beach

Clive Edmundson has sent in this photo of a parrot which he found washed up on Manaba Beach.
Clive says it resembles a Brown-headed Parrot, so I have sent this on to Colleen Downs to see if it may be a Cape Parrot. How it got there will probably remain a mystery.
